Trading desk built for certified and bulk palm oil.
Indonesia Palm is headquartered in Jakarta Selatan, coordinating refinery allocation, sampling, and export documentation for mixed-volume buyers across Asia and Europe.
From Jakarta contracts to refinery tanks.
Indonesia Palm was founded in 2018 by traders with backgrounds in vegetable oil refining and export documentation. We started with conventional RBD olein flexitank programmes and quickly added RSPO segregated lines as brand owners tightened sustainability requirements.
Today we hold allocation across Sumatra and Java refineries, run ISCC EU biodiesel olein parcels, and ship crude palm oil vessel lots from Dumai. Our desk structures contracts that mix certified and conventional volume under one counterparty.
Jakarta handles sales, contracts, and sustainability paperwork. Loading coordination runs through Dumai, Belawan, and Jakarta tank farms with survey attendance and retained composite samples on every parcel.

Answers for first-time buyers.
Minimum orders, samples, shipping, payment, and certifications explained by our trading desk.
What minimum order volumes does Indonesia Palm publish for palm oil exports?
MOQs vary by product: crude palm oil starts at 3,000 MT vessel lots, food-grade RBD olein from 500 MT flexitank or 3,000 MT vessel, RSPO segregated olein from 500 MT flexitank, stearin from 300 MT, refined palm kernel oil from 200 MT flexitank, and ISCC biodiesel olein from 1,000 MT vessel. Partial flexitank programmes are available on qualified food lines.
Can new buyers request palm oil samples before signing a supply contract?
Yes. We courier 1 litre composite samples from the nominated refinery tank with certificate of analysis showing FFA, iodine value, colour, and cloud point or melting point as relevant. Sample costs credit against the first commercial parcel. Tell us your destination and certification scope so we draw from the correct tank allocation.
Which Indonesian ports does Indonesia Palm load palm oil from?
Primary loading points are Dumai for CPO and large vessel olein, Belawan for flexitank and bagged stearin on Malacca Strait routes, and Jakarta for RSPO segregated olein and refined palm kernel oil. We quote FOB, CFR, and CIF to major ports in South Asia, East Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.
What payment terms does Indonesia Palm offer on palm oil contracts?
Standard terms are irrevocable letter of credit at sight or CAD against scanned shipping documents for first orders. Established buyers may move to open account or documentary terms after credit review. Proforma invoices state incoterms, loading port, specification band, and certificate scopes before you open LC.
Which sustainability certifications can Indonesia Palm attach to export lots?
We supply RSPO segregated, RSPO mass balance, ISCC EU, ISPO, ISO 22000, and Halal (BPJPH) scopes matched to the physical parcel. Sustainability declarations, mill lists, and credit transfer records ship with RSPO and ISCC lines. Conventional tankage is available where certification is not required.
Tell us your volume and certification brief.
Share destination, incoterms, and whether you need flexitank, vessel, or bagged stearin. We reply with tank allocation and indicative pricing within one business day.
